Forma RF is a thermal treatment we use for meibomian gland dysfunction. It applies radiofrequency energy to gently heat the delicate area around the eyes, helping improve oil flow, reduce inflammation, and support better tear balance. It’s often used alongside IPL as part of a combined approach.

Medicated eye drops can help manage chronic dry eye by targeting inflammation and supporting your eyes’ own tear production. Depending on your symptoms and eye health, we may recommend a prescription option such as RESTASIS or Xiidra. These work differently from over-the-counter artificial tears, which lubricate the surface but don’t address the underlying inflammation.

Punctal plugs are small devices placed in the tear ducts to slow how quickly tears drain away from the surface of your eyes. The result is that your natural tears stay where they’re needed longer. We’ll examine your eyes to determine whether punctal plugs are an appropriate option for your symptoms.
